Do you rent helmets?
Yes, we offer rental helmets for both children and adults. You can pick one up at the rental shop or reserve yours online in advance. Helmets are required for all children enrolled in Ski and Snowboard School lessons. Helmets can also be purchased at the June Sports shop.
Can I rent boots only?
Yes, we rent Standard-level ski or snowboard boots at all rental locations, or try the latest ski or snowboard boots from our demo selection. When renting ski boots only, remember to bring your skis so that we can ensure your bindings are properly adjusted. Please be aware that we may not be able to adjust older model ski bindings.
Do you rent winter clothing?
Clothing rentals are not available. Winter outerwear and under layers are available for purchase at June Sports, inside the Chalet.
Can I exchange my ski rental for a snowboard rental?
Yes, you may exchange your skis for a snowboard or your snowboard for skis. You can also upgrade your gear at any time – just pay the price adjustment for the changes.
What do I do with my skis at the end of the day if I am skiing the next day?
For your convenience, we offer overnight gear check. Space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
How long will it take to get equipment?
We recommend that you arrive at the rental shop at least 1 hour before hitting the slopes or before your lesson time.
Do you offer a rental + lift ticket package?
No. We typically offer lesson packages for kids or adults that also include rentals and a lift ticket.
Do you offer rental discounts?
Yes, we offer advance purchase, multi-day, and pass holder discounts.
• Save 15% on single-day rentals when you reserve 14+ days in advance and 10% when you reserve 7-13 days in advance.
• The longer you rent, the more you save – you can save up to 36% on multi-day rentals.
• 24/25 Ikon Pass, Ikon Base Pass, and June Season Pass holders save 10% on demo rentals. Just show your pass when you pick up your gear (cannot be combined with advance booking discount).
Do you carry demos in child sizes?
No.
When will I pay for my rentals?
Total payment is required at time of booking for reservations made in advance, or at time of purchase if renting day-of or day prior in person at the rental shop or by calling 888.JuneMtn.
What if I cannot decide how many days I will be renting?
If you did not pre-book a multi-day rental, you will need to return your equipment at day's end and come back each following day you would like to rent. Should you decide that you would like to rent for a longer period of time, then inform the rental shop when you return your equipment and they will accommodate your request if able (depending on rental inventory during that time frame). Multi-day discounts will not apply.
When should I return my skis/snowboard rentals?
If only renting for 1 day, please return at day's end. If renting for multiple days, please return your rental equipment at the end of your last day. Rentals can be returned at the bottom ticket office for those that would like to ski or ride down at the end of the day.
What happens if I return my equipment early?
No refunds or credit vouchers will be issued due to wind, weather or snow conditions.
Arrival Information
We recommend that you arrive at the rental shop at least 1 hour before hitting the slopes or your scheduled lesson time. It can take up to 30 minutes to pick up your lift tickets and ride Chair J1 up to the Chalet.

The rental shop is located on the first floor of The Chalet at the top of Chair J1.
